Design Services

Landscape Escapes, LLC is a premiere landscape design firm that works with our clients to develop a complete landscape plan for their property.

Through close collaboration with you, we will make sure you get the most from your investment. If you're not happy, we won't leave you with a plan you are not happy with.

Our scaled plans come with the following:

• Base plan
• Master landscape plan
• Materials list (hardscape and softscape)
• Material photographs
• Satisfaction Guarantee
• Package is included on a disk for your convenience.

The first stage in the process will be the initial consultation. During this meeting we will discuss your budget, general ideas for the space, what services you require and allow us to get a feel for your wants/needs for the area. The initial one hour consultation is $80.

The second stage will begin with a contract that outlines our fees and services for your project, as well as the deposit. The deposit will vary depending on the scope of the project and services required. Once the contract is agreed on by both parties we will take detailed measurements of the space and follow up with any additional questions. We will usually have the rough contract to you within three days of the initial meeting.

The third stage is the design phase. We will come up with the conceptual design for your review and go over any concerns or ideas that you have. If necessary, this is the time for any major changes to the plan, like changing the placement of hardscape features. The third stage will usually be finalized around 1-2 weeks after the first visit.

The fourth stage will be when you see your plan come together, with actual plant selections, final plant placement and material lists. The time frame for the fourth stage can vary widely as this is where there are typically several iterations of the design during this time. The end of the fourth stage is when your design will be finalized, your complete package is presented to you and final payment will be due.

At this point we would schedule any additional services that you requested. If you did not request any other services you are welcome to shop the plans to other contractors or implement the plan yourself. Please check out our other services, we have a host of additional services that will make the process easier for you.

We are not landscape architectural firm, so we don't provide plans for water runoff, erosion and other obstacles that require an engineering view of your property. Our services are more about transforming your space into your private paradise.
